INVITES YOU TO ATTEND A LUNCHEON SEMINAR
“California Foreclosure-Bankruptcy-Eviction:
Legislative and Litigation Update (Where have we been, Where are we going)?”
Big changes to foreclosure and eviction laws have taken effect or will take effect in the new year, including the “Mother of All Foreclosure Regulation”: SB 900 (pre and post-foreclosure requirements); Changes to CA Anti Deficiency statute (SB 1069), and changes to California eviction law (AB 2610 & SB 1191). There are also significant new case law developments and the impact from the pending legislation. Spencer Scheer will discuss the implications of these new laws and cases and how they will have an immediate impact on the housing market as a whole and your practice in 2013.
